Christina M. Moore received a B.S in Biochemistry from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She obtained both Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Food Science from North Carolina State University. Christina has research and professional experience in domains including food spoilage, food safety and risk analysis. She has an extensive background in the development and administration of web-based curricula in the field of food microbiology. Christina currently serves as the Curriculum Coordinator for the NoroCORE™ program (USDA-NIFA Food Virology Collaborative), where she is developing a web-based graduate curriculum addressing food virology topics.
