Joyce Cole obtained a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Hampton Institute. She began her career teaching in preschool, elementary and special education. She also has previous experience in real estate, the mortgage industry, accounts payable, property management, and customer service.  She is actively involved in various community projects. Her other interests include traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with family.

She brings many years of administrative experience to her current position as the Administrative Support Associate for NoroCORE.  Her current duties include processing travel authorizations and reimbursements, maintaining office inventory, assisting in facilitating meetings, data entry, book-keeping and editing documents. Her other duties include fielding telephone calls, filing, and faxing.
